What drives you to create a unique corporate culture? Culture is the lifeblood of creativity and defines DigitalWire360’s personality. We foster an autonomous work environment so everyone can flourish and demonstrate teamwork. The CEO makes time to meet bi-weekly with every employee out of the office and lend an ear to ensure our culture is thriving.
How do employees drive your corporate culture? DW360 employees are the DNA of the corporate culture. The staff brings dynamic backgrounds and skills that lend a unique perspective to advertising. DW360 employees haven’t followed a typical advertising career path and the staff “lives and breathe creativity” from their work to their hobbies. We embrace and actively participate in our personal philanthropic interests and passions.
