Valley’s advertising leaders elect Amy Packard Berry as incoming board president
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (April 7, 2017) – Amy Packard Berry, owner and founder of Scottsdale-based advertising agency DigitalWire360, has been named the incoming Phoenix Ad Club president for the 2017-2019 term.
The local entrepreneur will bring more than 15 years of knowledge and creative innovation experience to further the Phoenix Ad Club’s mission of strengthening the Valley’s advertising industry.
“Amy Packard Berry is the ideal candidate to succeed me on the Phoenix Ad Club board,” said D. D. Kullman, immediate board past president. “She’s a consummate leader with the skills and know-how to steer our organization in the right direction and has proven herself invaluable to make things happen and get things done.”
Packard Berry currently oversees digital advertising, multi-media content and marketing campaigns for some of the Valley’s most recognizable brands at DigitalWire360, which she founded in 2013. Some agency highlights include transitioning an automotive company from traditional advertising to digital and unifying a group of more than 30 orthopedic offices under a centralized marketing plan.
Packard Berry is also a big proponent of supporting women in business and encourages professional development in the advertising industry. As part of her role as board president, she will be dedicated to cultivating relationships with area high schools and colleges, as well as increasing agency participation across the Valley and bringing large-scale industry events to the Valley.
“My mission as the president of the Phoenix Ad Club is to not only increase membership, but to facilitate engaging programming for the advertising community,” said Packard Berry, who has served as a board member for the past year. “I am excited to establish an ambassador program where each agency will have the opportunity to elect a liaison to actively have a voice and participate.”
